Cloe graduated from the University of Sydney and moved from general practice into emergency medicine. She has spent more than 15 years in Sydney emergency and critical care hospitals, and is a Member of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Emergency and Critical Care.

She takes time to explain what is happening, talk through the options, and build a plan that suits the pet and the family. Her general practice background means she works closely with your regular vet.

At home: Clancy her Vizsla, and cats Cocoa and Toast.

Heather graduated with honours from the University of Sydney in 2002 and holds postgraduate certificates in Small Animal Medicine and Emergency and Critical Care. She spent 11 years leading the emergency team at Northside Emergency Veterinary Service.

A respected clinician and mentor, she has particular expertise in tick paralysis and critically ill patients. She listens carefully, explains complex situations clearly, and works with families toward the best outcome for their pet.

At home: Flynn her Border Collie, Winter a Flemish Giant rabbit, and Stitch her horse.
